Your patronage is most important to us. Please take a moment to review our return policy.

To break-in your Birkenstocks, we recommend that you wear the shoe indoors a few hours a day up to two weeks.

We will be happy to exchange or refund any shoes that are in NEW condition and within 30 days of purchase. Shoes worn outside are NOT considered in NEW condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you desire an exchange, we will ship the replacement pair for free.

After 30 days, store credit may apply
